Metallics and Glitter, Oh My…

I have been noticing through my scrolling of clothing stores that metallic is making a come back. Thank goodness in a much more subdued way. Metallic and glitter are great accents to an outfit to add a little something extra. We do it with jewelry all the time.  Adding just a little peak of your personality into your outfit can be all you need to take it over the top.

Women’s Foil Crepe T-Shirt from Target

This top from target looking more formal then just a t-shirt. You could dress is down with some skinny black or dark wash jeans. You could dress is up under a sweater or short blazer with some skinny trouser pants.

Women’s Metallic Tipped Vintage V-Neck T-Shirt from Target

I just bought this shirt and have already worn it a couple times. I have worn it out to dinner with a dark wash jean and gold jewerly. I have also worn it to work with a skinny khaki pant and a cardigan.

Women’s Metallic Bodre Popover Dress from Target

This dress would be perfect as a potential dress for a holiday party or wedding. Blush is also another HOT color right now and I am loving it. This color used to feel juvenile but in this manner it feels so well put together. I am shocked how much Target is stepping up their game!

‘Minnie’ Travel Ballet Flat (Tory Burch) from Nordstrom

You can’t go wrong with a Tory Burch flat. This metallic is acting like neutral so it can be worn with so many outfits. I would pair these with straight leg, dark wash jeans and an embroidered top in a heartbeat.

Sequined Velour Dress from H&M

Is is to early to be thinking about New Year’s? I think this dress would be great with a black shawl to tone down the silver at a holiday party. Pair it with some black tights, perfection!
